Welcome to Starfall: Cosmic Swarm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the game, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the game.

By using the game, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms. If you do not want to agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the game.

1. ABOUT THE GAME

Starfall: Cosmic Swarm is a real-time space conquest strategy game developed by GrizBit Studios. The game is offered on mobile platforms and may include in-app purchases and advertisements.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this game. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3. IN-APP PURCHASES

The game may offer virtual goods or currency available for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or platform (Google Play/Apple App Store) policies. GrizBit Studios does not handle the billing or payment process; this is managed by the respective app store.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

- Use the game for any illegal purpose.

- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the game service.

- Use any automated system (bots, scripts) to gain an unfair advantage.

- Harass or manipulate other players.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The game and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GrizBit Studios and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GrizBit Studios.

6. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall GrizBit Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the game.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
