GrizBit Studios ("we," "us," or "our") operates mobile games available on the Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. Information Collection and Use
We prioritize user privacy and follow a "Privacy by Design" philosophy. We do not operate private servers to collect or store your personal identification information (such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers).
Data Processed via Google Play Services
To provide gameplay features, our games integrate with Google Play Services. The following data is processed:
In-App Purchase (IAP) Tokens: When you make a purchase, Google Play provides a cryptographically signed token to verify the transaction. GrizBit Studios does not see or store your credit card or billing information; this is handled entirely by Google.
Leaderboard & Achievement Data: If you opt-in to Google Play Games, your high scores and achievements are sent to Google’s servers to be displayed on global leaderboards. This data is associated with your Google Play Games profile.
2. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers:
Google Analytics for Firebase (if applicable for crash reporting)
3. Data Retention
Because we do not store your data on our own servers, we do not retain your personal data. Any data related to your game progress, purchases, or leaderboard standings is retained by Google according to your Google Account settings. You can manage or delete this data through your Google "My Activity" or Google Play Games profile settings.
4. Children’s Privacy
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
5. Your Data Rights
Under regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to access, delete, or port your data. Since your data is held by Google Play Services, you may exercise these rights directly through your Google Account dashboard.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
